Having recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn New York Manhattan Midtown East, I found the hotel to be conveniently located, making it a great base for exploring the vibrant city of New York. the staff was extremely helpful, especially when my son fell ill and we needed to switch rooms - the front desk was accommodating and understanding. The breakfast at the Garden Grille and Bar was exceptional, far surpassing a standard continental breakfast. the made-to-order options were a delightful start to our days in the city. We also appreciated the 24-hour fitness center, as it allowed us to maintain our workout routine even while traveling. One drawback was the slow housekeeping service - we had to request extra items and the response time was not as prompt as we would have liked. the hotel could benefit from better organization in terms of room cleanliness and service standards. Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn provided a comfortable and modern stay in the heart of Manhattan. Its walkable location to key attractions and the welcoming staff made our trip memorable. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a convenient base in Midtown Manhattan, with easy access to the city's landmarks and entertainment options.
